    Hi,

    The Hazarai knob of my SMM w/ Hazarai was damaged while in transport – see image:

    As you can see, I can’t change modes anymore. The knob was bent during transport, then broke off.
    Any idea how to fix it and where can I get a replacement part for this?

    best thing to do is to send it in to EHX for repair I think. I’m not exactly sure what kind of switch it is

    Thanks for the reply. The thing is that I don’t have the bill or anything… so no warranty as it was sent to me as a trade. I know a guy who could repair it, but ideally he’d have the spare part to go with it.

    You can still send it in to EHX without warranty, but it’ll cost $30.

    Thanks for the info. But I suppose that doesn’t include the cost of repair?

    no, that’s how much they usually charge for out of warranty repairs

    I have the exact issue with my VOICE BOX, but I have called New Sensor/ EHX 7 times and sent 2 emails (over 2 weeks). I missed a return phone call from Rik and since then have had no success getting a response from him.., I finally got Greg on the phone who told me that Rik is the only one in the Customer Service Department that can get me an “RA Number” so that I can ship the pedal to them for repair. I tried emailing Rik, but have still had no response. Does anyone know how I can get a replacement “MODE” knob and do the repair myself. I am going to end up buying a new pedal from Guitar Center with money I don’t-really-have and hoping to get my broken pedal repaired within 30 days so that I can try to take advantage of Guitar Center’s return policy for a refund.

    Can someone tell me what the part is exactly for the MODE / PRESET knob on the VOICE BOX pedal, and (possibly) where to get one?

    I’ve Googled the shit out of this looking for an answer.
