my smmw/h has been fine for the past 8 months but just today it randomly lost power for about a second. I was looping at the time so my whole track was lost, really worried about this happening on stage.
anyone know what could have caused it?, It happened when i stepped on the switch to overdub some more stuff.
Do you have your pedal powered on a daisychain? It happens that when one of the other daisychainplugs touches something metal (like another pedal), the SMMWH looses its power for one brief moment and erases the loop. Maybe this happened when you stepped on the pedal?
yeah, im not running it off a daisy chain but it seems to happen when an unplugged patch lead touches the casing.
So your problem’s solved now?
