I just purchased this small stone. I believe it is version 1. Is it?

Anyway it sounds great but I’d like to try using it with my vertex battery power supply, which supplies 9v center negative barrel connector with a source of batteries. I have an 1/8th inch to a barrel connector adapter. Wondering if this will work or will I need to also flip polarity? I’ve heard that version one is different from others.
