Hello,
When i switch on my Small Stone it mutes the guitar signal completely, no effect can be heard and none of the dry guitar signal can be heard. Without the effect switched on the guitar signal flows cleanly through the pedal and problems only arise when the effect is switched on.
Any help would be great,
Thanks,
Rob
Bad footswitch, problem on the board, dead battery, no power supply, etc.
Does the LED even come on?
Sorry, i was a a bit vague.
The led is on, fairly new battery. i don’t have a power supply for it yet.
thanks,
Rob
If it’s under warranty, send it to EHX for repair. Customer service link in my sig.
If not, find a tech.
OK Thanks,
I live with an electrical engineer, that might be able to take a look and fix it, do you have any idea what it could be, before he starts? or could it be an a number of different things?
Thanks for your time,
Rob

My boss says Engineers don’t fix things, they design things.
It could be a number of things. If you’re not familiar with the circuit I’d take it to someone who is.
Thanks for your help
I hope its repairable
Is there a UK customer services or any repair centers or is it a case of shipping back to USA ?
Thanks again,
Rob
I don’t think they have a UK service center. You should be able to find someone locally.

it could honestly be anything… you could have a look inside and see if there is any obvious loose wires…
