    yeah, sounded good to me…….infact it remined me how much I like small clones and now I want to buy another. :angry:

    yeah everything sounds fine to me as well, when you first mentioned it, i thought well maybe there is sum thing wrong because my unit is very noticeable (lol). but yours sounds fine….just like mine. i can hear all the differences in all modes you displayed, even at minimum.

    maybe the Small clone isn’t what you were looking for and not as heavy and/or in your face chorus as you were looking for.

    if so try the Poly Chorus….its has a way more dominating sound.
    plus its also a slap back echo, flanger, and filter as well!

    Well I’m glad to hear it sounds as a small clone should.
    The polychorus is too big and too expensive for me. What do you guy think of the Boss CE-5?

    The CE-2 is a billion times better. I hate Boss pedals though. Maybe you should look at different effect if you don’t like the Small Clone because I personally think it’s a wonderful Chorus. Maybe you are seeking a Flanger (which can usually do Chorus and more extreme stuff)? What sound are you looking for?

    I must echo this, I had a CE-2 and it sounded nice but it’s still chorus and probably more subtle than a small clone in the ‘up’ position… I had a DOD chorus too and that was so subtle I used to run the depth at full.

    I think maybe an XO Stereo Mistress might work better for you because you can combine the chorus with Flange and get some really powerful sounds.

    i agree with electro-melx, ce-2 is better than a ce-5 but only if you had to go with boss, i would stick with EH and go with what he sed and maybe test drive a XO Stereo Mistress, or stereo clone theory.

    or just check out the videos here in the product list!

    I really like the chorus effect, I don’t like flanger. But sometimes I just dont ‘hear’ the effect.
