For you Ian Curtis/Joy Division fans, an interesting note from Robin: “One of the inspirations for the foot pedal piece was Ian Curtis from the English 1980’s band Joy Division. The Urban Verbs were supposed to play with Joy Division in Toronto, Ian killed himself and thus the show was canceled. I always thought that was a tipping point for my band. Ian Curtis wrote a song called ‘Isolation’.”
That’s cool and very sad!
that is a great piece of artwork….i love it!
totally awesome. what a great work visually as well as metaphorically.
i see a holy grail and maybe a small stone or a bad stone?
It gets me wondering what it would sound like if it were all powered up and on.
Fantastic.
I want that, its so cool. They should have gotten a small clone also because it would fit well with the purple pedals.
