I need to get a replacement switch for my old Q-tron. The switch that is above the Norm-Boost Label.

AI sold it to someone on E-Bay who broke it and returned it to me saying it was broken when they received it. I should have sold my Doctor Q instead.

Anyway I need to find a replacement switch. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you

Thank you very Much. I have already ordered the piece.

DO you have a list of service centers/repair centers for pedals also?

    Muchas

No. You can always send it to EHX for repair.

Okay I received the new switch and tried to solder it. However the old wires did not have enough slack to go back to the original location. What number or email do I contact to find out if EH can do this for me and at what expense? Thank you

I am looking forward to getting my Q-Tron back, been without it for too long

Left 2 messages with customer support number and sent email. No response to any attempted contact.

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you

why not find where those wires connect to the circuit board and/or jacks and re-solder new longer wires?

or you can make a sort of extension wire and solder another wire to get additional length to the ends of the existing ones, just use some heat shrink tubing at the exposed section of wire (to avoid contact and shorting out of any other contact points)…

i dunno just some suggestions if you feel handy/confident enough.

Thanks for the suggestion. That actually would have been by next step to lengthen the wires.

However customer service got in touch with me today and said to send in the pedal and $25 and they will fix the pedal if they can. I am sure they will be able to so for that amount of money I’d rather have the pros do it.

SO it is already on the way to them.

Can’t wait to get it back.
