Where can we order replacement parts for EHX pedals?
In particular, I am looking to replace the 1M potentiometer that is in my EHX Nano Clone.
You can use any 16mmm PCB mount pot to replace it, smallbear electronics sells them.
Do you know if the pot is linear or audio or reverse audio? Because it makes a difference and the rotation of the the knob will be all messed up if if you choose the wrong taper. If you don’t know it just buy one of each and try them all till it sounds right. There should be markings on the old pot, can you tell me what they say?
The only markings on the pot in the Nano Clone are “1M C”.
The pot appears to be a BI Technologies model P160KN2, 1Mohm, C = Reverse Audio taper:

and appears to cost about $0.80!
Apparently New Sensor makes EHX tubes and effects:
but they don’t seem to supply the 16 mm PBC mountable version of the pot.
Nor does it look like Small Bear:
has this particular pot either.
I have emailed New Sensor to see if they can supply the potentiometer.
if you google ‘BI Technologies P160KN2’ there seems to be loads of electronic parts stores that have them.
good luck, and yeah they seem to be 80c
