Home › Forums › Help/Technical Questions › Removing mould from EHX pedal bag
Hi there,
I was concerned to notice mould spots growing on my EHX pedal bag this week – as far as I know it’s not been anywhere particularly damp or exposed to rain – generally kept around floor level in a heated, ventilated room.
Does anyone have any tips for cleaning it without bleaching it? I’ve read that scrubbing with a solution of lemon juice and salt followed by water and thorough drying may work. Any other suggestions? I’m not entirely sure whether the material is nylon.
Thanks
Simon, London
I like to use murphy’s oil soap on my leather sofa, I’d probably try that, or dish soap + water. Lemon juice + salt sounds fine though too.
