Hello, I just picked up a Stereo Memory Man that only does one repeat when I have the feedback jacked up. I think possibly someone mucked with the trimpots with no idea what they were doing. I can seem to find a schematic either, to figure out which trimpot does what. This thing sounds so good, just like my DMM but the single repeat thing is a pain.
I don’t think it’s a trimpot problem. There are no Feedback trims in the circuit.
Could be a bad solder connection on the Feedback pot, I suppose.
Thanks, I’ll hit all of the solder joints that look suspect.
So I hit a couple of solder joints that looked like they were poorly done and weren’t properly bonded to the PCB and it worked!!!! I can’t believe that this thing would make it through QC with that kind of poor soldering job. It sounds awesome, I really like the absence of the preamp like the DMM and the fact that its true bypass. Thanks for the help!
