I WANT to see Space Drum reissues with sampling capabilities. Simple little one pad sample trigger w/ trigger in!
Oh and the original sounds too : )

June 26, 2009 at 1:38 am #98404BlueSteelParticipantThe old 9v electric mistress would be cool. or all of those drum pedals like the space drum/crash pad/rolling thunder/sonic boomer/panic button etc. i would like that.

July 11, 2009 at 9:31 am #99218John JMemberi would like to see them put together limited releases of the weirdest stuff from the 70’s and 80’s ( http://electroharmonix.ronsound.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=17&Itemid=25 – basically just read the names and you’ll see why i want them back) plus the ‘plug in’ style muff fuzz, screaming bird, mole and lpb-1. seriously just one production run, when they’re gone they’re gone. i think that would be neat.
then maybe in 10 years time, a super limited run of the bigbox pedals that have all been XO’ed as of late would make a cool reissue. finally, im with watsonwood regarding the crying tone series.
PS: this is not a stupid thread, this is an awesome thread. let’s keep it going.
EDIT: honestly the one i would most like to see is EH-6725, the super heavy coiled cable. there are not nearly enough coiled cables out there and i would like to see more around, if for no other reason than to stop yorkville from charging $40 for an average quality cable just because it’s considered a ‘specialty item.’
please?

I started a thread a few months ago about combining the Instant Replay, Clockworks, DRM series, and all the triggered drums into one box. That is a reissue that would send me into the stratosphere.
Most importantly, it should have MIDI so you can sync it with your 16 Second Digital Delay, or your 2880. It should have factory preset sounds from the vintage units, plus the ability to sample your own. It should have pitch control for the sample, sensitivity control for the CV input, and the ability to program your own rhythms using a very simple interface like the Clockworks.
Tell me that would not be the bee’s knees.
July 12, 2009 at 8:16 pm #99267WatsonWoodMemberWould all that wonderful stuff fit into an XO?
July 26, 2009 at 4:57 pm #99988companymanParticipantXO Polychorus with a blend knob.
July 28, 2009 at 10:54 am #100053Mike VDMemberI’d like an 5x mixer that works. Its a good idea but the signals get quiet when you have several things plugged in.
