    Some of the guys out there critiscize, that the Bass Muff versions come more
    near to the Black Box Russian Muff’s than to the Green Muff or the Civil War.
    I think it is because the parts from the early versions of the Russian Muff’s are
    build under military specs and the units produce some more bite, clarity and
    transparenz.
    Yust put a Germanium OD and it’s NTE275 in front of any Bass Muff and tweak it.
    There you have the sound of early units and better.
