I recently purchased an old Mistress flanger, the one with the green and black paint. The first question I have is, Is the volume drop that it has when I turn it on normal? Also, how is this model different than the later deluxe Mistresses (aside from the color).

edit: Thank you for the information so far. One other thing, if I accidentaly touched one of the white wires running from the Filter Matrix switch with my soldering iron and a very little bit of the plastic melted off, could this possible harm the performance of the pedal in any way?
