I’ve heard that the Micro Q-tron has an unusual power input that makes it incompatible with a One-Spot or other Boss standard power supply. Is this true?
I have a Micro Q-Tron and it works just fine with Boss AC adapter. It also works with 1Spot, but that said, these AC adapters make A LOT of noise when you are playing loud. Filtered power is better, like the Voodoo or Dunlop Power Bricks.
IME, the Boss AC adapter with the 1Spot splitter wire are quieter than the 1Spot AC power. The splitter works with the Boss and can be purchased separately.
Thanks. There are so many types of Q-trons I got some wrong information.
