So I’ve had my 45000 for about a year and I just busted it out to try to use it after a few months. Well for some reason when I press the new loop button the record light doesn’t blink like it’s supposed to it doesn’t come on at all. all the other buttons work except for the record and play buttons. I saw that my SD card was wrong so I went out and got a 16g SDHC card 80 MB/s and the class speed is 10, which satisfies what the manual calls for. but it still doesn’t work, yes I formatted it to FAT32 as well. So then I thought maybe it was the AC adapter. So I got a new EHX ac adapter that’s 9.6v 200 mA negative center, which is what the manual says should work. Anyway the problem is the play and record button still don’t work. Could anyone possibly have any ideas what could be wrong with it? Also would getting a foot pedal bypass this whole function? Thanks.
You were right to think the problem is due to the SD card in some way. It’s possible the SD connector is causing the problem. Does the card slide in and out of the slot and connector easily?
