    hello,
    when i used enigma effects, no sound when i play.
    when i bypass enigme effects, sound.
    and i’ve got the overload led always on… (jack plug in or not)

    what is the problem?

    and i always used the battery from ehx (given with enigma qballs)

    i think, the battery from enigma is good, because, i use it with my bassmuff and they work good…
    but i don’t use an other battery with enigma (i don’t have other battery)…

    The Enigma may require more current than the Bass Big Muff. I’d try a new battery or a power supply.

    i test with a an other power supply (zoom power supply), but not work…
    i ‘ve already said but the overload led is ever on… what’s the problem with overload led on?

    now, if i use power supply from enigme with bassballs it doesnt work… and i lost overload led…
    i very can’t now what it’s means…. too strange!!!

    Is it brand new? You should be able to return it to the store rather than go through the warranty at this early stage.

    hello,
    i’am back..
    ok, the problem with the enigma qball bass is always true…
    my dealer tell me “no warranty for occasion pedal…”

    i’ve got 2 soluces: 1: i buy an other… (too expensive for me)
    2: i repair it…

    so, i repeat the problem: no sound with effet, led overload always on (jack plug or not)
    the battery (in this term, i want to say “the power converter”…) changed (one 9v 200mA, other 9v 300mA)

    i hope you can help me…

    hello, i’m back
    i not find how to repair my enigma, but i found through internet many people who have the same problem… (error on ehx and they don’t re-call all of bad product???) but one said “the overload led stay in red because the effect is on security, so you need to reset this security…”
    ok, why not, but, where i can reset this?
    if you have the answer, or tell me if it’s an other joke from internet…

    I’m having the exact same problem with my Riddle: Qballs. Overload light always on. No signal when pedal engaged. bypass signal when pedal off, but overload light remains on. Has anyone found a solution? Using the correct EHX power supply; so that is definitely not the issue.
