Hi,
just got the Hog pedal, awesome, but i was wondering if there was a way to run it of a multi power supply (DC brick). I notice it has a smaller power input to other pedals (boss, behringer), is it possible to get a connector to run it off the same PSP as my other pedals so i dont have to carry a seperate PSP for the hog?
Depends on the power supply you have. The HOG requires a supply of 9vdc w/ 500mA current. Most supplies like the DC Brick can’t supply that much current.
I run mine off of one of the 250ma current outputs of a PP2+ with a polarity inverter cable (red, the jack is center positive)
DC brick doesn’t have isolated power, so I don’t think it would work to well with the HOG.
