This thread needs more pedalboards.
June 13, 2009 at 5:46 pm #97858JRigglesMemberJust bought a Knockout! (working on getting a Micro Pog!) I’ll post picks when all is said and done.
June 13, 2009 at 7:36 pm #97863JaypeeMemberMcHaven,
That is beautiful!!! What is red pedal with the scythe and hammer? And is that and the Walking Delay pedal BYOCs?
I need to rebuild my board and take a new photo with the new additions.
June 17, 2009 at 12:28 pm #97997turnstylepoetMemberHere is the latest version of mine. I am looking at picking up a Nano Holy Grail but I am waiting on more info on the Cathedral. I used to own a Double Muff and a Holy Stain. I miss my Holy Stain quite a bit. I will have to get that one again.

The red Pedal is a “Mail Order Muff” from Fuzzrocious pedals. It’s a Russian Green clone kit from General Guitar Gadgets. Fuzzrocious builds and paints them.
The walking delay is also from them. It’s a clone of the Ibanez Analog Delay (on a digital circuit) with an expression eye input. With the expression eye, the number of repeats is controlled by the amount of light entering the eye.
June 19, 2009 at 12:22 am #98123ghostMemberAh what to do……
Just picked up the Furman today after NEVER having a pedal board. I run a stereo setup – using the two LS-2s as a small mixer essentially.
You can hear some sounds I make Here.
It’s all live – one dude, guitar, mic, voice, small percussion, pedals – no overdubs – just a lot of layering and a big stereo PA.
PS – that’s a PS3, RV3, (and yes…that IS a..) Stereo Memory Man w/ H, Green Sov Muff and Stone below….
Not pictured: Holy Grail (original one), French Toast, 3 PDS delays, Mod FX units ah a bunch of other crap I have around for fun…
The only things I’m torn on is keep the DD-20 on there? Or.. put the DMM on?
Also need to check out the Bassballs for filtering at some point, although I think the envelope will kill my want/need for it). AND some sort of sequenced tremolo effect like that of a ZVEX seek-Trem or the Boss Slicer (slicers not happening, although the midi sync to the 2880 is mighty tempting…
The DMM is not that important for Live stuff so it can stay off… The 2880 foot controller I’m going to keep off there so I can use it on the floor if I decide to put the board on a table some time. I NEED to fit some distortion on here, and I really prefer my Muff – maybe I’ll have to check out the newer XO muffs… I had a LBM – sold it as I thought the range was a little flimsy.
Open to ideas.
June 19, 2009 at 3:28 am #98139nneekolasParticipantPitchblack Tuner -> EHX Bass Microsynth -> Voodoo Labs Superfuzz (controlled by DeVolt voltage reducer) -> Ampeg Scrambler Clone -> BYOC Ross Compressor Clone -> EHX Steel Leather -> EHX Polychorus -> EHX Holiest Grail
I’m almost half-out of room!
June 19, 2009 at 3:36 am #98140ghostMembernneekolas that’s an interesting board! What kind of sounds do you make?
June 19, 2009 at 5:01 am #98144nneekolasParticipantwild ones! I’m a bass player too. I mostly play lots of supportive, mellow bass stuff (the holiest grail is a wonderful ‘verb for bass) in my main band right now, but I’ve been writing a lot of weird things that I hope I can get recorded soon. I’m very into spacey sounds and the Polychorus / HoliestGrail combo is pretty great for that.

Nice collection Nightraven.
June 24, 2009 at 9:22 pm #98346CostchParticipantI just finished my Ikea Gorm pedalboard. Pretty nifty, and it only cost about $35. Most of the cost is from the velcro. I don’t know why the stuff is so expensive ($20 for 8 feet). My big-box Pulsar should be arriving on Monday. Try to lay of the Jack White’d.
My wah and the other half of my Big Muff are cut off.June 24, 2009 at 9:37 pm #98348ghostMemberInteresting how few people think to put their channel selector switch on their board.
June 24, 2009 at 9:48 pm #98349CostchParticipantYeah, suppose so. I see no reason why (other than saving space). It’s much more convenient.
June 25, 2009 at 12:34 am #98351tapeMemberI dont think this’ll fit…
edit: no it doesn’t. link instead
