(What is that little face thing supposed to be anyway?)I thought it was called a Ram’s Head for the logo…i heard a story about someone drawing it and then them just slapping it on as a logo without having any idea what the gremlin thing was so they called it a ram’s head….gotta love electro harmonix legends!

June 9, 2009 at 6:52 am #97581devnulljpParticipantWhat’s the one back-right in the second pic?
Looks like a 3034 but no tone bypass switch or NYC RI but no LED?
Where do you find all these triangles and ram heads ? Jealous!

:thumb:Its a Version 5 op-amp Muff, but I think someone scratched the “TONE BYPASS” ink off. I don’t think any were made this way (EDIT – updated with a new photo. Added a few and sold a few).
I have been collecting Muffs for years. I trade a lot on ebay. I’m always buying them to see if I can find better versions to the ones I already have, then I sell lesser versions back on ebay, usually for a profit to help this hobby pay for itself. These pix are the largest collection I had at one time.

October 22, 2009 at 10:20 pm #102552AshjaahsMuffParticipantdont know if this has already been posted but could the little big muff or the big muff w/ tone wicker do overdrive sounds and softer distortion then saturated crunchy fuzz ?
