HI guys, I just got the most earliest PolyChorus (feedback on the center top). Previously I had a newer one (feedback on the right bottom). The feedback and the tune is so subtle that it does not change the sound on earlier PolyChorus. I remember when I had the newer one I was surprised how it changed the sound so much that it almost sounded like a synthesizer, and also too much feedback causing howling. But I maybe thought this is the difference? Is this why everybody is after the vintage for more subtle sound as it is easier to use realistically. what is a good way to test and if its not working is there anyone who can fix it? I think I read EH does not fix the vintage pedals. But I also read that someone who was working at EH can fix it.
Well i paid 250 for it. Is it worth it?… Maybe I should have just got a new one.
It may just need a trimpot alignment, which I can do.
