I’ve only owned it for 14 months, but I guess it’s out of warranty . The +1 octave is completely gone and the slider does nothing. The other octaves are also sounding dull and I have to push the sliders higher than usual for the effected signal to be heard.

I’ve kept it at home in my smoke-free climate-controlled studio and used it once or twice a month for recording projects. It has NEVER been dropped or mistreated. Very disappointed as the pedal cost me over $300 new.
