Home › Forums › Help/Technical Questions › POG2 -1 Octave voice stopped functioning randomly
Hi!
I’ve had my POG2 for a number of years, but I’ve just noticed that the -1 Octave voice is not working at all. The entire rest of the pedal is functioning properly, so it’s really really strange to me that JUST the single voice is messed up. I assume maybe this is a blown capacitor or fuse or something? It is not adding in any noise or signal to the chain at all, simply completely silent even when I scrub the fader up and down.
Any ideas of what might have gone wrong? It feels like it’s repairable, not sure if it’s worth taking a crack at it myself or bringing it into a repair shop.
It might be something as simple as a bad solder joint on the pot, but it might be something more complicated. Best to get it to a tech.
