And agree that Free mode also useful. Not everyone wants to make loops the lock into 4/4 you know.

December 23, 2018 at 1:46 pm #124652TacklingDummyMemberHave there been any firmware updates to address this?
February 4, 2019 at 3:01 am #124797GustavMemberYes please add this feature or make a revised version of the product. I use 4 JamMan solo pedals today that are synced up togehter just to get this feature of different length loops. The 95000 is a monster in all other aspects. Add this and it is an instabuy. Thanks!
March 14, 2019 at 7:44 am #124940muchittoMemberI’ve been looking into purchasing this pedal. It is totally my dream looper pedal, but then I saw it was missing this feature. It really makes me think again, because I would have used it to make loops of different lengths. If this is added, I would buy this thing in an instant, but until then, probably going to check out other loopers. Bummer
March 18, 2019 at 12:34 pm #124968Markam04MemberI was just about to buy the 95000 then I discovered it does have the facility to do variable loop lengths.
PLEASE FIX THIS!
Then you get my money!
April 4, 2019 at 4:58 pm #125054eigenstatesMemberI completely agree with this. Variable track lengths would make this the perfect looper. As I posted in the same forum as a feature request- there is an iOs app called LoopyHD that does what I hope the 95000 will do in the future. I tend to record ambient music that does not rely on time and having arbitrary track lengths in a loop would be fantastic.

I’ve been holding back writing a review for this pedal based on a response to this question.

Don’t hold your breath.
Have you checked out the new Headrush Looperboard?
April 21, 2019 at 3:34 pm #125126eigenstatesMemberWow- that’s it. I wonder if I am still in my return window for this pedal.
Thanks for the tip!

It’s not perfect either, but definitely looks like it could be a winner. I picked up one Friday. Bulky, Effects are strangely implemented. But fun.
April 23, 2019 at 1:51 pm #125134eigenstatesMemberThis is the reply from EHX support regarding this question:
“The 95000 does not allow for different track lengths within a single loop. All track lengths are always identical within a given loop. This will not change with future firmware upgrades.”

Well then, it appears I’m done fawning over the EHX 95000. Thanks for getting to the bottom of it!

I should add, I wasn’t happy with the Headrush Looperboard FW 1.01 either, for a list of reasons. I returned it after 6 days of noodling. It’s more limited than you’d imagine a stand-alone full-blown looper should be. I’ll revisit it after future firmware updates.
To date, my favorite looper is Quantiloop on the iPad with a kiddo controller. I just do t like the form factor. If Quantiloop was on a stand-alone device, it would be perfect.
