Like was done in the 1990s, it would great to have a new wave of big box EHX pedal reissues, which use all full-size components and not SMT.

And a plain fact is that the big box 90’s pedals sound better than the XO / nano versions of them. And they’re safer long-term investments because they’re easier to repair and mod.

As a rule, I don’t buy SMT pedals. That makes it expensive for me to buy EHX pedals because the used market with its inflated prices is the only place to go. And EHX doesn’t get a cut of those sales, either. So, perfect reissues of the big box pedals would mean everyone benefits.
