First, I absolutely love this pedal…it’s been a source of endless creativity and it’s a huge source source of joy to play.
I’m posting because today I’m running into an issue that I’m hoping someone has some helpful perspective on.
When powering on the pedal today, instead of being greeted with the standard scrolling message on the display (pedal name and firmware version), there is a slight delay and then only the user bypass and user LEDs come on, and remain on; the display never lights up. From that point, none of the controls are responsive. My guitar signal still passes through the pedal, however none of the features or functions of the pedal are available/responsive.
I’ve tried looking online and through the manual for any potential instruction for a factory reset or other means of trying to get the pedal to boot up without success.
Any direction would be SUPER appreciated! I’ve had this pedal for 18 months now with zero issues.
THANKS!!
Sorry to hear this saff.
First thing is what power supply are you using?
Thanks for the reply.
I’m using the original power supply that came with the pedal
Then I am afraid it may be the pedal.
