    I’m having problems powering my device with 9v battery. The power adapter works but not battery

    I’m having the same problem–in fact, with battery, power just cuts on/off but when I plug in power, i have a loud, distinct buzz-type sound. Any help out there?

    Is it too late to turn this in? Im the original poster and I never have contacted support. Which is my fault. But can it still be addressed?
