Hi guys I have a PF+ v 1.03 and when I create and save a preset, everything seems to be ok except that the sound is cut after the the saving process.
basically I can hear my guitar only if the bypass is on or if I turn s1/S2/dry buttons. I don’t know why these volume settings seem to be saved as 0 values on all user patches….
is it a know issue on that firmware ?
“I can hear my guitar only if the bypass is on or if I turn the s1/S2/dry buttons.” Do you mean the volume controls for SHF1, SHF2 and DRY?
The volume settings are saved to all user presets. Send an email to info@ehx.com to receive a RA# so you can send in your PF+ for repair.
