    Wah before fuzz because other way around sounds like a vacuum cleaner. Although that can be nice sometimes.

    Particularly if you’re playing at a rave and want to do that crazy (and annoying! ;) ) Hoover techno sound!

    Pedal order….

    The most of my pedals are ehx… but every time i mix a echo delay with fuzz i lost volume or phaser and fuzz or octave and fuzz… there are some they say my order is wrong, I have a USA Big muff, Russian, little big muff, bass big muff, metal muff, with the metal muff and Big muff USA and the Russian that is not the case but with the other ones I lost volume

    Amp<
    Echo#1<
    Small Clone<
    (Sometime) Tuner<
    Wha<
    Muff (I Use One at the time on the bass or guitar)
    Octave Multiplexer<
    Bass Balls<
    Tuner<
    Volume<
    Guitar Or Bass<

    Code:

    Is that the right order? Wath is wrong? Why i lost volume?

    Help Help…… someone know the tru out there?

    the way i would do it is

    Compressor
    Crybaby
    q-tron
    TubeScreamer
    Big Muff
    (lpb1)
    Delay
    (lpb1)

    the reason i have both the lpb1s there is it depends on what your using it for

    as a solo boost, put it straight after the big muff, or as an overall boost, last in the chain

    i would also try the qtron before and after the od/dis

    hope this helps

    my old board went

    Ns2 in
    Compressor
    Phaser
    DR Q
    Micro Pog
    Wah
    English Muff
    Big Muff
    Mxr Micro Amp
    Stereo Electric Mistress
    1echo
    DMM
    Tuner

    id put it like this

    Guitar Or Bass
    Tuner
    Bass Balls
    Octave MultiPlexer
    Wah
    Muff
    Small Clone
    1echo
    Volume

    one reason why you may have lost volume, could be where you put your tuner (sometimes)
    it needs to be right at the start or right at the end.

    the 1echo is known to lose volume when engaged no matter what setting you have it on, some are lucky and dont have this but 90% do. thats why i suggested putting the volume where i did, so if you have it set at a certain level for normal stuff and then when you kick on the 1echo, you can change your volume level to match your original signal.

    you could also try the octave multiplexer after the muff, im not too familiar with that pedal, but everything is in what i believe is th right order

    I saw this thread and thought that I might be able to get some help. I am an average guitar player who likes to mess around with pedals, but never can figure out pedal order or how to get a good tone. Can somebody help? My board currently is set up like this now:

    Boss TU-2 Tuner->
    Crybaby Wah->
    Boss CS-3 Compressor->
    TS9 Tubescreamer->
    EHX Russion Big Muff Pi->
    Boss PH-3 Phaser->
    Boss TR-2 Tremolo->
    Boss DD-3 Digital Delay->
    Ernie Ball VP Jr. Volume Pedal

    I generally go into a Fender Hot Rod or my Mesa Express 5:50 amp. One of the main issues I have is that the Phaser sounds good with the TS9 on, but if I used the Phaser with the Muff it sounds horrible. I was trying to go for a Gilmour type sound, but I’m nowhere close. I thought about ditching the Boss Phaser in favor of another, like and MXR Phase 90.

    Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    Thanks.
