2. 16 Second Digital Delay
3. Big Muff Pi – Russian
4. Big Muff Pi – American
5. The Clone Thoery
6. Microsynth
7. Metal Muff w/Top BoostI use the 16sdd a lot by myself, and I ALWAYS play the Small Stone with my band and other musicians. The last 3 on my list kinda bored me so I sold them, plus I felt my microsynth didn’t track the notes I put into it very well. I want the HOG and the V256 really bad.

3. Small clone
4. Double muff

October 27, 2009 at 11:37 pm #102752SanquiFlerbMemberJust a Russian black big muff, but I love it. I want to do some mods on it to get more gain and better bass handling (since I use it with my bass).
Also want a v2/russianv3/bad small stone, a flanger hoax, another russian muff, a small clone, maybe a doctor q, a bass microsynth, a dmm, a dem, a sem, and the list goes on and on and on and on hahaha. Also I want a job so I can buy a new bass, a nice guitar, a decent amp (and not that sucky thing that I have). Oh man.

HOG + extrasNovember 2, 2009 at 7:56 pm #103176ZenJengaMember1. Small Stone ver 4 (gonna have it modded by analogman to make it even better)
2. Russian Muff Pi (black) – had a green sovtek, but it was stolen !
3. Small Clone
4. SMM w/ Hazarai (ordered one after trying one and flipping out over how useful it is)
5. #1 Echo (decent digi delay.. needs tap tempo)
6. LPB-1 (helps with the volume drop of the small stone)
7. Nano clone – sold it, it was garbage compared to the original big box modelNovember 6, 2009 at 8:32 am #103447WatsonWoodMemberThis is difficult since I have loved nearly all the EHX pedals I have used, with a few exceptions. So I will start with the exceptions bunched together as bottom of my fav list (all pedals are vintage):
Mini-synthesizer
Switchblade
Silencer
10 Band Graphic Equalizer
Small Clone chorus
Space Drum
Polyflange
Military brass plugs (kept turning green in the rehearsal room)
Mini-mixer
5X Junction MixerI did use these pedals quite a lot (even the Mini-synth on occasions) but they did not give me the rush which the following pedals did (all pedals are vintage):
LPB-2 Power Booster
Hog’s Foot Bass Booster
Screaming Tree Treble Booster
Little Muff Pi
Little Big Muff Pi
Deluxe Memory Man echo/delay (4 knobs)
Memory Man Solid State echo/analog delay
Echoflange
Slapback Echo
Hot Tubes overdrive simulator
Mike Matthews Freedom guitar amp (AC/DC)
Bass Balls
LPB-1 power booster (to amp)
LPB-1 power booster (into instrument)
Mole bass booster
Screaming Bird treble booster (into instrument)
Muff Fuzz (into amp)
Soul Preacher compressor/sustainer
Big Muff Pi
Deluxe Octave Multiplexer (4 knobs)
Deluxe Big Muff distortion/compressor with blend switch
Clone Theory chorus/vibrato
Knockout Attack Equalizer
Black Finger Sustainer
Crying Tone wah pedal
Deluxe Big Muff distortion/compressor (Series/Parallel switch)
Muff Fuzz Crying Tone wah pedal
Pan pedal
Volume pedal

Zipper envelope follower
Slapback Echo
Small Stone
Y-Triggered filter
Electric Mistress flanger
Deluxe Electric Mistress flanger
Attack/Delay tape reverse simulator
Bad Stone phase shifter (2 knobs)
Octave Multiplexer
Deluxe Octave Multiplexer (4 knobs)
Deluxe Octave Multiplexer (5 knobs)
Hot Foot universal pedal
Hot Foot universal pedal pan pedal
Super Twin amp (AC)
Polyphase phase shifter/envelope follower
DRM-16 drum machine
Memory Man Deluxe echo/analog delay line (4 knobs)I am happy to still have a few of my favourites today despite years of wear and tear. Were I on a desert island with limited resources but a power source none the less (!) I would not hesitate to take the essentials with me (again all pedals and amp are vintage):
Freedom Amp
Deluxe Electric Mistress
Muff Fuzz Crying Tone
Deluxe Memory Man
Deluxe Octave Multiplexer
DRM-16
Small Stone
Volume Pedal
………….and a Les Paul……and for today’s EHX pedals the few I have are all #1 on my list of favs:
XO Metal Muff
SMMH
Holy Stain
#1 Echo…except the Nano Switchblade but I’m working on that.

7. Little Big Muff
8. Old LPB-1 (not a pedal, but…)
9. Russian Bassballs
10. …Old Switchblade???I gave the LBM to a good friend, but I don’t think I could part with the others. I really liked the LBM, but since they are so readily available and inexpensive and he really wanted it, I let it go.
Oh…and I like pedals other than EHX…but I can’t seem to remember what they are lately!

Octave MultiplexerDecember 27, 2009 at 2:04 pm #105744merdujaponMemberTube Zipper (using it as an overdrive alone is a revelation, it’s great. Only use the filters for occasional madness)
Stereo Memory Man with Hazarai (what can I say? it’s not just a delay, it’s a pracitcal overdubbing looper, it can do phaser, flanger, tremolo, noise, space drum and ring modulator noises too – has to be tried to be appreciated)
White Finger XO (best all-round compressor on the market for Fender guitars IMO, affordable, adaptable and does it all)
Deluxe BMP (i think i sobbed when this broke, this needs a reissue so badly)
Deluxe Memory Man (i’d still be using this if it wasn’t stolen from me)
Electric Mistress (in a smaller BMP case, so not a deluxe i suppose)
USA BMP reissue
Graphic Fuzz (a great EQ but the distortion tone on the guitar on it’s own is pretty finicky and has never been a fuzz pedal. however the magic comes in when used before another overdrive or distortion; it can really make a Tube Zipper sing. the XO version really should’ve given the user another switch between Fuzz and EQ)
Small Clone (only does one sound but does it well)
Octave Multiplexer (i think mines damaged, the tracking is bafflingly bad now)
LPB-1
Sovtek BMP (crappy switches let this down)
