Hello, the OD Glove’s manual says the internal voltage switch is 9 volt when in the right position (resulting in “a tighter sound”), and 18 volt when in the left position (resulting in “a less compressed, more open tone”).
HOWEVER, the official EHX video for the pedal (https://www.youtube.com/watch?list=PL0nQqFcfq-6BfDHqo-M8m2vjdfYJAYr0W&v=3xC6MDPgR2o) states something different. At 1:30… “With the switch pushed to the right, it produces a slightly compressed, tube power amp sound. When you switch it to the left, or the 18 volt position, it automatically adjusts internal voltage and produces a tighter, more focused sound.”
For a tighter sound, the manual says right, the video says left. So which one is it?
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
