I have a 90s New Sensor Octave Multiplexer that seems to have developed a problem…It was working fine, but now it just produces a staticy sound for each note and the octave effect cuts in and out.
All the wiring looks OK.
I know it’s not much to go on, but any idea what to look for next?
Switch?
Caps?
Pots?
Something else?

EDIT: Running from battery or from Boss 9V attached to the battery clip with an adapter cable — same issue. Worked fine before. Haven’t used it in a few months. Now this…

EDIT2: three loose wires inside. resoldered and all is well. Never mind.
