Hi!
I just bought an Oceans 12 reverb today. Seems great, but I have some issues that I can’t seem to find anything on in the manual or elsewhere.

1. There’s a significant volume drop when I engage the reverb. Hard to tell if the ensuing tone suck is just due to lower gain into the preamp or if that’s a different issue. (This happens no matter the level of the reverb effect.) Is this just how it is, or is there any way to trim the output level to unity?
EDIT: I think I’ve solved the problem with volume drop. So never mind this.
[em]EDIT 2: No I haven’t, not quite. There’s no drop with one reverb, but no matter how I configure the dual reverbs there’s a pretty gnarly drop whenever I engage the second reverb[/em].

2. Dual reverbs. (related to 1) I can’t get them to do what I want even though I follow the instructions. Series is left, right? Chaining them yields unpredictable and counter intuitive results. Maybe I’m just stupid, this might be a non-issue.

3. Infinite switching. When I try to use the built in foot switch to make the reverb time go to infinite, two things happen without fail: a) there’s a jarring transition, sounds like maybe the reverb disengages first and then goes to infinite. Is this just how it is with the built in foot switches? Is it any different with an external? This behaviour seems to defeat the purpose of this function. b) both reverbs engage, even if, say, B is bypassed. Does infinite via footswitch always have to be double? Can’t I have just the reverb that I’m using do the thing? Or, if I could get series to work, feed the momentary infinite swell into a reverb that behaves normally?

I’d be thankful for any help, this pedal has so much going for it. I’d love to love it!
