Off meaning, the reverb turns off and goes to bypass, the pedal is still powered on, but the effect becomes no longer active. If EHX would like to give a call I’d be glad to supply my phone number as it’s difficult to articulate over text as written text can be interpreted many ways.

Basically, I’m trying to say that when using a reverb setting that supports the infinite feature and I go to use that feature, I press the footswitch button on the pedal to sustain the note and instead of the note being sustained, the effect is turned off/no longer active as if the pedal isn’t recognizing the infinite feature at all. Does this make sense? The infinite feature is not working and the infinite LED does not illuminate.

This is the same for the tap tempo feature as well. The pedal does not recognize me tapping the tempo, instead the effects toggled on and off when trying to tap a tempo using the footswitch button.

I am not using an expression pedal and definitely pressing hard enough to have it go to bypass. If I pressed harder, I’d be afraid of putting strain on the unit.

Update! I spoke with Jonathan at EHX tech support and we got this rolling. If anyone else needs to get this function working smoothly, be sure to try doing the enable/disable process for the local footswitch in your footswitches and LEDS section as your pedal may be set from the factory to be ready for an expression pedal instead of using local footswitches. This was all we did and it worked like a charm. EHX is the best and we got this sorted quick. Thanks Jonathan!
