Hi, when I set the volume on my Oceans 11 at 3 o’clock, the pedal sounds great. When I go to full volume, it loses volume, almost as if it’s losing power or something? Seems to go a bit off if the volume’s moved anywhere but 3’oclock.
I’m using the power supply sent with the unit, and it’s brand new. (Bought in February, only just using it). My guitar, amp and cables are all working fine too.
