my O’11 has been “stuck” like this for a while now. When i toggle thru the modes with the selector pot, each mode is frozen – most on yellow mode , except TREM and DYNA (stuck on red mode). pushing the button does nothing. this pedal is over a year old and outside warranty but EHX say on their site they will repair pedals out of warranty for a price. Ive emailed several times thru the suggested channel and still yet to get a response, hence why i am here.
its disappointing cos i love this pedal and want to get it running again. the problem is clearly a chipset thing and ive no other options but to go thru EHX to repair it yet they wont respond to my emails or thru their facebook messenger. its frustrating af. if i dont get a resolution soon i simply wont buy EHX again and warn others against it.

I will pass this on to the service techs. They always answer the mail they get in.
I too have this same issue after owning the pedal only 4 days!!! My pedal only seems to fully cooperate when a footswitch is plugged into it. Help
