I’m having difficulty with a non-warranty repair on a MiniQTron.

The pedal stopped working (lent it to a friend) so, per instructions from EH, I got an RA number and sent it in, along with the requested $25 money order. It was returned within a week but it wasn’t repaired.

I’ve emailed several times (poster@sovtek.com and info@ehx.com), explaining the problem and asking for some direction but nobody responds to my emails.

I’d like to get this pedal working. What do I do?
