    In need of a replacement battery clip for a Black Russian Big Muff.
    I really don’t want to make one – Anyone have an idea where I could
    find any NOS parts?

    Why NOS for a moddern pedal? doesn’t make any sense!
    Any electronics store has battery snaps.

    seriously…..NOS battery snaps?? I don’t think they’ve really changed over the years. I bought one in maplins for about 69p, vintage style too!

    If you want a real vintage styled one you can make them out of old 9V batteries. I’ve done this before and they are actually stronger than any you can buy.

    Not the 9v “snaps” – the local Radio Shack has hundreds.
    I’m talking about clip/door that holds the battery itself.
    Has a flange on one end a spring tension clip on the other.

    You’re unlikely to find one, My green sovtek is missing it too and you just cant get them anywhere.
