Hi. I’ve been experimenting with my new 2880 looper. I have a question.
i don’t know how electro-harmonix defines these things but let’s say i am going to make a new loop. my initial loop i like to call the “master” loop(this decides the overall length of all the loops), and then the 3 tracks that remain i call “slave” tracks.
I can’t seem to clear a loop on a “slave” track. I like to improvise with the looper. build something up and then change directions completely. my question is
after capturing my master loop and then capturing a few slave loops is it possible to clear a slave track so that i can make a new slave loop? if so how do you clear a track without loosing your master track?
help is appreciated.
best
james
Reading the manual I found this:
When you overdub on a track, you can put the fader all the way down on that track, and it will erase anything on it.
Or you could use the punch in function.
dang. i missed that part in the manual. i need to slow down. life long bad habit.
thanks for the reply.
