Need to find a filter in a small-ish box, that I like.. Any suggestions?

    Needs:

Triggered input not important at all, envelope follower etc… Don’t use it.

LFO – would likely use, but for the most part, just need it pre delay to tweak the rez and q…

Hoping to find something High, Low, and Band pass…

Had a Filter Queen at one point, it was almost perfect for what I needed. I honestly with the Haz filter came in a nano box w/ and expression in.

Oh yes, Expression in would be ideal as well….

So you just want a static filter with an expression pedal? I’m not sure if anyone makes that.

unless i am misunderstanding what you’re after, the tube eq is the closest i can think of. although have you considered just… buying a wah pedal? it is literally a bandpass filter with a built-in expression pedal.

there are several wahs with variable q, or else you can just buy a crybaby and mod it for about $1 and 5 minutes of your time.

The XO Worm is a small box with expression control and a filter.

I would also suggest a wah pedal, such as the EHX Crying Tone. Properly adjusted the treadle will remain in any position you place it and work very effectively as a static filter. And the Crying Tone has the added feature of four filter sweep selections, from very low pass to very high. All in all a good solution.

I also think you should just get the crying tone.
