I have a nano soul preacher, and I would like to add an accesible potentiometer to the internal gain trim. I found a really good walkthrough of the same modification to a nano bassballs:

It is very helpful, but I am not sure of one thing. The user who mods his bassballs removes two resistors when he adds the new potentiometers. I am thinking of using this same approach, but I am unsure as to whether I would need to remove any resistors, and which ones I would need to remove. I will upload a high res photo of my soul preachers guts soon.

Another question, not as pressing – think it would be easy to take the attack switch out and also make that a pot? Seems like a pretty different maneuver than the first.
