I was considering buying a Nano Small Stone, and I was wondering what people’s opinions on it were. Is it good for deep slow swooshing sounds, and good in general? And what are the pros/cons?
Thanks
Pro: Although i dont own one myself, i do believe there’s no volume drop and it sounds basically the sound as the ‘bigger’ small stone. It’s basically a small stone with all the stuff you’d want done to it anyway.
Con: DOesnt look as badass :rawk:

… comparing a nano, RI and russian. At the start of the video the speeds are set to a slow rate.
I’ve had them all (but not at the same time) and they all sounded good to me, I’d be happy with any of them.
FWIW, I’ve loved my nano small stone, and its been a mainstay on my board since I bought it.
I got it because I love messing about with my Flanger Hoax, but size/power-supply make it impractical for gigging, and the small stone has been a great “set it & forget it” usable phaser. After my Bluebeard fuzz, it sounds killer for slow/stony bridges.
That said, I haven’t tried any other phasers…
