Hi,
I’ve owned my Wiggler for a few years now and recently it started playing up. It would be working perfectly then shut off completely. I first thought it might be the power supply but I checked that with a multi-meter and it had a steady 12v whilst the pedal wasn’t working.
Sometimes, with the power supply still connected, I pulled out the 1/4 jack from either the Input or Output socket and as I pulled it out the pedal came on briefly then off again (by the time the cable was out completely). It was this that made me wonder about the footswitch. Is there a bypass in the footswitch to cut power if input or output is removed?!
Has anyone else had this problem? Any thoughts or suggestions as to a fix?
My pedal is out of warranty and I live in the UK so I don’t want to spend a fortune getting it sent off for repair. Hence, I’m considering the DIY options.
Thanks,
Gavin
