Hi EHx,
I’ve got a new MOD11 which I love… However the ‘Pitch’ effect is not working quite as it should.
When I switch to the ‘Pitch’ effect, regardless of whether the footswitch is engaged, the effect turns on with the green light blinking repeatedly and a choppy, poppy on/off trem pattern. None of the controls do anything. Holding down the foot switch makes the chopping stop, bypassing the “effect”. Pressing the Mod button does nothing, but holding the Mod button does the same as holding the foot switch.
I tried the various reset/power cycles listed in the manual and nothing worked. Did I get a broken pedal? Thanks for reading and any help you might offer!
Are you using the EHX power supply?
If not that could be your problem. Under current will do that.
If you are please contact service at

Yes, that solved it. Thanks very much for the help!
I am having the exact same problem with PITCH on my MOD 11 which I bought on Ebay in November but only started using just now. I live in Hong Kong where the voltage supply is 220 volts and added it to my board using a Boss daisy chain. All patches on the MOD 11 work fine EXCEPT Pitch.
I have tried the adapter that came with the pedal but as it’s designed for 120 volts (USA), it does not work at all.
Any thoughts, please? My primary reason to get the pedal was for the Arpeggiator mode in PITCH..!!
You NEED a proper supply for 220v with at least 150ma
Dont even think of plugging a 110v supply into 200v
