I just picked up a Mini Q-tron that is brand new in box, but when I tried to use it, all I got was barely any noise and then a sudden spike in volume. No matter what note I play, it always sounds the same, and the volume is boosted like crazy. There’s a video on youtube that shows the exact problem I have, but they never explained if they were able to fix it or not. Here’s the link.
