When I’m playing electric, I’ll have my pedal board powered on for multiple hours. If I’m trying to use my Micro POG, all is fine the first hour or so, but after some time, when I turn the pedal on, this awful noise starts coming through my amp.
Has anybody ever encountered this?
Is there anything I can do about getting a replacement?
Are you running the pedal off of the supplied power supply, a chain, it’s own power, or a board?
My SMM, even though it’s rated 9v, when run off my Furman just shuts off after about 10 minutes. Have forgotten and done this a couple times while playing. It runs fine with a 1 spot or the supplied power…
I’ve been relying on a Voodoo Pedal Power 2 to power it – i’ll have to try the power supply that came with it to see what difference that makes. Thanks.
The uPog might be pulling too much current for the power supply. Try the supplied adaptor for the same amount of time and see if the problem occurs.
