Can’t find the answer to this question: can you set the Micro Pog to 100% octave down or up with 0% dry signal?
Anybody tried singing thru it? Might get into Brian Johnson’s range…
Yes you can.
i havent sung through a micro pot but i did through my buddies boss me50 octave up. i sang falsetto and it sounds like steel drums. pretty fun to play around with. sadly i didn’t get any natural sounding tones with voice
Thanks for the replies. I just ordered a Freeze and put a hold on the POG but it might come next even though I still won’t -apparently- be able to sing You Shook Me All Night Long.
The micro-POG has 3 knobs, dry, -1 and +1. Turning down dry and turning up one of the others does exactly what you want.
If you want to annoy your lead singer, turn down the dry signal and max the other 2. Then play all your bass lines an octave up on the neck. Tell the singer this is your new tone, and you think it’s really going to catch on. The longer you can keep a straight face, the better this works.
Hi fantomenos, Your tips is working. Thanks a lot. I was really very worried.
