I’ve owned my Micro Pog for about 5 years, but only used it for a short time due to the buzz I get through the amp. I’ve used it with a Voodoo Lab Power Plus 2, iSpot adapter, other adapters that are also 9V (which seem to work with all my other pedals). I simply can’t figure out why it creates a louder hum than any other pedal I’ve used. Do I need to buy a specific adapter? For example, my Holy Grail pedal buzzed with every adapter apart from a specific EHX adapter that came with it. Or… is there something wrong with my pedal?
BTW, it’s acceptable for gigs, but not studio or live recording. it’s not the end of the world. More an annoyance.
Any advice is welcome as I love the sound of this pedal.
Sorry
its sounds like a classic ground loop from a daisy chain power source that has non isolated outputs.
Does the pedal hum when its powered by the EHX supply?
If so please write the techs at info@ehx.com.
