EH Man, regardless of the problem here, what’s the fix? Sending it back to EH?

I sent my Memory Boy back and they had a quick turnaround and I’ve had no problems since.

My only complaint would be as follows and I’d be interested in your opinion on it as well—why does the customer have to pay $12 for shipping? It’s not a lot for a repair, but if it’s under warranty and a pedal costs about $100, then you’re paying more than 1/10th of the cost of the pedal for something that should be fixed for free.

I understand things will happen and toys will break but it shouldn’t be at the expense of the customer.
