Hi, I recently bought a MM W/H in NY, I traveled to Mexico and now it doesn´t work properly. When I plug the AC it starts at random configuration, sometimes the bypass switch works and sometimes not. The Hazarai knob does the same thing, works only sometimes. and all the knobs don´t work when turned on, I have to unplug the pedal and move the knobs to try other settings. I don´t know what could it be.
Make sure you are using the proper power supply first. The Stereo Memory Man w/ Haz doesn’t really like One Spots, or much of any other power supply – other than the supplied unit.
My Haz came with that supply too, the polarity is the same, I´ve never had a problem with pedals, including other EHX pedals, so I suppose it´s not a polarity problem. So is it time to send it to be repaired?
