Hi,
Just a simple suggestion
The ability to use the expression pedal to control the Feedback, so that you can go from a low number of repeats to delay feedback at the flick of a heel.
That’s all…
yeah i’d find much more use controlling feedback rather than delay time
Absolutely! It would be a great feature.
Repeat control is nice, but there aren’t many with specific control over delay time. Plus rate expression is awesome. I might actually use chorus and vibrato when I get one because I could do speed ramps and such.
I agreee, and was shocked it was not an option via toggle….
You can however achieve this effect setting the feedback higher and using the expression to take the delay to a shorter time – causing it to feedback; as it’s a smaller “chamber” it’s working with, then go back out to a longer delay…
Yes, it’s a pretty versatile pedal!
FB control would be a lot more useful than speed, to be quite honest… listen to the introduction of the Proguitarshop demo of the Seymour Duncan Deja Vu. You’ll see what I mean.
Thanks for the link! The Seymour Duncan Deja Vu is indeed a very impressive bit of work. I love the digital/analog mix and the fading effect option. All in all a must have echo/delay. And the modulation section gives some very fine sounds too. Good one.
My prayers have been answered:
Nice EHX knows who has been naughty or nice.
Any vids or sound bites on the Deluxe Memory Boy yet?
